Qualifications
Born-again Christian with a solid commitment to the
Lordship of Christ in their life
Willingness to be licensed or ordained by the Allegheny
Region, Churches of God, General Conference
Good rapport with congregation and healthy relationships
with people
Creative, Recruiter, Motivator, Developer
Gifted and trained in the area of Worship Ministry
Must be personable and work well with people
Committed to the disciple-making process
Must have a heart for lost people and a vision for
reaching them
A spiritual guide and mentor
